Beloved husband of the late Nancy (Densmore) (Holmes) (2003). Michael Salentyn of Grand Bend in his 24th year at Victoria Hospital, London on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 as the result of an accident. Adored son of Jaap (Jack) and Carrie Salentyn of Huron Woods, Grand Bend. Bianca’s best friend and most beautiful brother who lovingly called her “Bunk”. Cherished nephew of Evert and Dien and Pieter and Iet all of the Netherlands; Harry and the late Janine, the late Gonnie and Martin, the late Wim and Anita, Mieke and Rob and Ron and Riny. Caring cousin of Annet and Willem and Pieter and Hella, all of the Netherlands, Peter and Lisa, Soraya and Gates, the late Joerika and Marcus, Michelle and Jeff, Tanya and Dave, Marc and Susan, Priscilla and Steve, Eric, Vanessa and Peter, Paul, Ryan, Curtis and Colin and many second cousins. Michael is a proud 2006 graduate from the Commercial Aviation Management Program at the University of Western Ontario, which were his four most dedicated and fun-filled years for him to achieve his lifetime dream. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Randy and Janice Fisher of Talbotville, Cindy (Fisher) Cousineau of Lucan and Jerry Cousineau of Lucan. Cherished grandfather of Thomas, Adam and Meredith Fisher; and Ryan, Graham, Marc and Chloe Cousineau. Dear brother of Belva (late Harold) Rowe and Iva (late Bob) Blair both of Exeter, Ferrol (late Amos) Warwick of Port Huron, Michigan, the late Glenn (Mary Fisher of Exeter), the late Wallace (Bud) (Marilyn Denstedt of London), and the late infant brother Bob. Beloved brother-in-law of Jean (late Norman) Johns of St. Marys, Gordon and Evelyn Johns of Woodham, Marj and Howard Hodge of Exeter, and Kay (late Ford) Stark of St. Marys. Uncle Bennie will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Born January 16, 1934, son of the late Clark and late Ella (Baker) Fisher. Ben was retired from the trucking industry and in his earlier career worked for the railroad. Ben was recording secretary of the Exeter Oddfellows Lodge #67, a member of Exeter United Church, and he enjoyed playing golf, watching his grandsons play hockey, and having breakfast with the gang.
