Dear mother of Dale Parsons and Nancy Beaver both of Exeter. Dear grandmother of Jeff and Cynthia Beaver of Exeter. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Ken McWatters and Anne Hope of Oshawa, Lenore Parsons, Muriel Parsons and Marion Parsons all of Exeter, Ruby and Laird Finlayson of Seaforth and Lynda and Jack Conlin of RR 2 Lucan. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Marilyn Ratz and her husband Lloyd Ratz.

Aaltje Visscher of Staffa, died peacefully, November 17, 2010 at Seaforth Community Hospital with her sons at her side. Aaltje was born in Staphorst, Netherlands on November 12, 1915. She had just celebrated her 95th birthday. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Klaasje Winkels. Beloved wife of the late Jan Visscher (August 27, 1978). Dear mother of Jacob and Marie and Albert and Theresa all of Staffa. Loving grandmother of Marjorie and Jason McGrath of Acton, Matthew and Krista of Niagara Falls, Joshua of South Korea and Steven of Thunder Bay, Angela of Ridgetown, Melanie of Oakville and Kathleen of Staffa. Also survived by four great-grandchildren Keegan, Anika and Ariana McGrath and Vianna Visscher.
Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service, which will be held at the Bethel Reformed Church, 200 Huron Street East, Exeter on Saturday, November 20th at 11 AM with Pastor Jim Vellenga officiating. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Guelph.

At Parkwood Hospital on Tuesday, November 16, 2010, of Ilderton, at age 66. Beloved wife of the late Orval Rinn (1998). Dear mother of Avril Rinn and Billy Rinn both of London. Dear grandmother of Melissa Rinn of Lucan and great-grandmother of Jayden and Olivia. Dear sister of Hilda and Bill Bonner of London, Joan and Joe Van Bynen of Middlesex Centre and Kathy Audet of Petawawa. Also missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
Special thanks to her dear friend Diane Charlton, as well as visiting nurses Joyce Sans and Kim Quinn, “almost” daughter Colleen Bycraft, Doctors Ray Meredith and Mary MacKenzie, and the oncology and palliative care nurses who provided such excellent care during her many hospital stays. Mary Ellen’s body has been donated to Medical Science.
Friends are invited to gather at the Ilderton Community Centre, 13168 Ilderton Road on Thursday, November 18th at 1:30 PM for a Celebration of Mary Ellen’s life at 2PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ilderton and District Lions Club in support of Community programs and Leader Dogs for the Blind would be appreciated by the family.

Son of Robert and Eileen Price of Exeter. Predeceased by his sister Laurie Orange (1991). Cremation has taken place.
