Dear grandmother of Kelly and Kris; Marla, Gwen, Grant and Claire; and Janelle.  Dear sister and sister-in-law of Hugh Davis, Alexia and Bob Tindall all of Centralia and Jim and Florence Young of Strathroy. Dorothy Helen (Cooper) Dobbie

Suddenly, at her late residence on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 Dorothy Helen (Cooper) Dobbie of Middlesex Centre in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late John Irwin Dobbie (2005). Dear mother of John and Carol Anne of Wiarton, William and Joan of Middlesex Centre, Robert and Alice of Lucan, and Judy Dobbie and Pat Jansen of London. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Joan Dobbie of Ailsa Craig.  Loving Aunt of Irene and Ford Dapueto and Sandra Clode.  She will be sadly missed by Dr. Ray and Marion Meredith. After a courageous battle with cancer, Stuart William MacDonald of RR 1 Thorndale passed away peacefully at LHSC-Victoria Hospital on Sunday, October 21, 2007.  Beloved husband of Marilyn (La Haye) MacDonald.  Dear father of John and Valerie MacDonald of St. Albert, Alberta, Mike and Lisa MacDonald of Komoka and Rhonda and Ron Locking of Thorndale.  Sadly missed by 6 grandchilden.  Dear brother of Dick MacDonald of Port Elgin and Derwin MacDonald of North Bay.  Also missed by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by his brother Ian MacDonald.  Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Tuesday evening 7-9 PM where the memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 24th at 11 AM.  Cremation with interment Prospect Hill Cemetery.  Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.

Robert Fletcher of Exeter, died peacefully at home on October 18, 2007.  Loved by his wife Pat (Hopper) and family: Brenda and Paul Van Gerwen of Mitchell; Doug and Tracey of Burlington; Rich and Liz of Meaford; Jim and Debbie of St. George, his cherished grandchildren: Scott and Nicole; Charlie and Will; Josh, Cameron and Mackenzie; Alexandra and Aidan.  Dear brother of Carol and Rex Balentine of Redding, California and Mary and Sandy Neal of Richmond Hill. Bob and Irv Armstrong owned and operated Hopper-Hockey Funeral Home for 35 years. Dear sister of Midge, Beryl, Joan and Iris and sister-in-law of Bob and Ruth Geoghegan of London. Predeceased by a sister Gladys and brothers Stanley, Leslie, Roy and Jack.
