Dear brother and brother-in-law of George Graham of Vancouver, B. C., Ethel and Evan Kaechele of Olds, Alberta and Laurence and Lorraine Graham of Calgary, Alberta. Rev. Dr. Graham was a telecommunications officer in the R. C. A. F. and retired with the rank of Major. After a long and active life Alice S. Garrett of London and formerly of London Township at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital on Saturday March 20th , 2004 in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband WW. (Bill) Garrett (1992) and her parents Robert and Norma (Dickins) Coleman. Survived by daughter Doreen and son John (Jack) and his wife Dana all of London, grandchildren Donna Jo (Rich) Laing, Lynda (Randy) Wyton, Jason Garrett and his fiancÚe Heather, Kathy (Ed) Pritchard and great-grandchildren Justin, Matthew and Lauren Laing, and Jaime Pritchard. Cremation has taken place with interment in Birr Anglican Cemetery. Friends may call at the C. February 27, 1945 – March 20, 2004. Ken, formerly of Toronto, died at his home in Grand Bend after a courageous 2 1/2 year battle with cancer. Ken was a devoted husband, best friend and soul mate to Elizabeth, his wife of 36 years and loving father to his son Michael and girlfriend Anna Andreyko of Toronto. Dear son of Julie Hartman of Hanover and the late Clendon (1999), loving brother and brother-in-law to Garry and Wendy Hartman of Komoka, and uncle and great uncle to Steven, Roni, and Kristopher Hartman of Komoka, and Chad, Lori, and Cole Hartman of Embro. He will be sadly missed and remembered by his mother-in-law June Hawkins of Stratford, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Judy and David May of Cambridge and Bill and Cathy Hawkins of Stratford. Also lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Christopher and Krista May of Peterborough, and Andrew, Jeffrey, Daniel and Emily Hawkins of Stratford. He was predeceased by his father-in-law Chuck Hawkins (2000). At Ken’s request, cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, 2004 at Trivitt Memorial Anglican Church, Main Street S. Exeter, with The Rev. Fr. William Ward officiating. A reception will follow the service at Oakwood Inn Resort in Grand Bend. Flowers are gratefully declined.
