It is always hard to lose a parent and losing Wilma is the end of many memories for Carol and the Love family. I have such fond memories of how welcoming the Love’s were to me in the years at Bayview. The Loves and the Sandercott family were very lucky to have so many years in this little paradise on Lake Huron. I will remember Wilma as a very sharp and witty woman and someone who loved living on the lake for as long as possible.

Sending my condolences to the entire family of dear Mrs.Love. I was lucky enough to work with her as part of the Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team after her stroke. She was truly a gem and taught me a lot during our therapy sessions. Iโ€™ll remember her beautiful, witty spirit and her stunning paintings fondly.

Wilma’s love of the Grand Bend area and the people it possessed was deep in her soul and in every conversation. Such a delight it always was to hear her affection for so much and so many. The world is left better because of her part in it.
Much love to all who are touched by her memory.

So sorry to hear of Wilma’s passing. She was my favourite teacher on the B line in Stephen Township for some years. She also drove us to the Goderich Music festival for competition. She will always be remembered as a great teacher

I so much enjoyed my regular visits with Wilma. Her lively mind and vast store of memories kept us both entertained. But she was not trapped in the past. She had a good grasp of current events and always had questions for me about what was going on at Huron Shores United Church, as she read Shorelines assiduously. I know her great love for her family, and I am certain that you will miss her. …. Rev. Kate Crawford
