WELCH: Unexpectedly but peacefully at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Sunday July 17, 2016, Carole Ann (Caddell) Welch of Grand Bend, age 69. Beloved wife of the late Michael Charles Welch (2011). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Jennifer and Mike Phillips of Ingersoll and Anthony Welch of London. Cherished grandmother of Avery and Emily. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Patricia and Joe Johnston of Peterborough, Brian and Liz Caddell of Alexandria, Susie Keyte of Hamilton and Greg and Cathy Welch of B.C. Remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Forever loved by her canine companion Dexter. Predeceased by her parents Edward and Theresa (Slatterly) Caddell and sister Sheila and brother-in-law Stuart MacDonald. At Carole’s request cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life will be held at the Southcott Pines Clubhouse, 10246 Lakeview Ave, Grand Bend, on Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 1 to 4 p.m. Carole was a long time member of the Huron Country Playhouse Guild. The family would like to express their many thanks to all the medical personnel involved in Carole’s care which was delivered with the utmost care and compassion.
