WALES: Peacefully, but unexpectedly at L.H.S.C. – University Hospital, London, on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, Jeannette Frances (Schenk) (Lippert) Wales of Exeter, age 82. Beloved wife of the late George Edward “Ted” Wales (2006). Loved mother of Lynda Heywood, Lisa Lippert both of Exeter, the late Larry Lippert (2017) and mother-in-law of Nancy Richards of Iron Bridge. Cherished grandma of Jaymee Heywood, Ali Heywood, Amanda McVeeney, Mike McVeeney, Steven McVeeney, Sam Richards and Alex Richards,. Cherished great-grandma of many great-grandchildren. Remembered by Ernie and Laurie Wales, Patti Wales, her nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Hugo Charles and Marion Christina (Dowdell) Schenk, brother Edward Allen Schenk. Jeannette will be remembered for her kindness and giving nature through her many volunteer years within her community through various organizations and charities. At Jeannette’s request, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood with visitation from 12 to 2 p.m. followed by the Service on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Interment Crediton Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
