Violet Marina (Reid) Knee of Exeter Villa, formerly of Centralia peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 in her 67th year. Loving wife of Percy Knee for almost 50 years. Dear mother and mother-in-law of Sharon and Larry Gibson, Perry and Nina Knee and Darlene and Bill Van Bergen all of Centralia and Wallace Knee of St. Marys. Loving grandmother of Peter Gibson, Tina and Christian PrÚmont, Crystal Knee and friend Ian Gawel, Ryan and Justin Knee, Jeremy and Jeffery Van Bergen and Jessica and Jacklyn Knee. Great-grandmother of Merrick PrÚmont. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Harold and Laura Reid, Doug and Eileen Reid, Wallace and Linda Reid, Sam and Jackie Reid, Mundon and Glennis Reid and Audrey and Peter Stoyles of Newfoundland. Predeceased by her parents Samuel and Lilly Reid, infant brother Cyril and infant sister Evelyn, infant twin grandsons, brothers-in-law Harry Warren and Seymour Knee and sisters-in-law Norma Reid and Lillian Knee. Many nieces and nephews will remember Violet. At Violet’s request, cremation will take place and there will be no funeral home visitation or service. The family would appreciate expressions of sympathy to the Alzheimer Society. The family would also like to thank the staff of the Exeter Villa for the special care given to mom while she was there.
