Peacefully with family and friends by his side on Monday, May 3, 2021 at the age of 70. Loving brother of Murray Thomson of St. Marys, Anne (Glen) Mikel of Mitchell. Dear uncle of Kim (Mark) Jordan, and Michelle (Kent) Neeb. Great uncle of Quin, and Eric Jordan; Emily (Ryan), Mikayla (Bing), and Carter Neeb. Predeceased by Lloyd and Roxie Thomson. Dear friend of Martin, Sarah, Eric, and Colin Burford, Walter and Julie Riddell, Bruce and Shirley Mills, and April and Brian Barker. Barry appreciated everything that you have done for him throughout the years. He cherished you all greatly.

As an old neighbour off the 8th line I remember Barry very well as a big tease. The one thing that sits out in my mind is the day he tied Graham in White’s barn and left him there. ( He did go back and let him out). But Graham always wanted to go there on Halloween to see Barry, he liked the teasing. Always went back for more!! You have a lot of good memories.
