THIEL: Surrounded by the love of her family and friends, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, on Friday, October 10, 2014, Donna Isabelle (Turnbull) Thiel, recently of Exeter Villa, formerly of RR 2, Zurich, age 72. Dear wife and best friend of Glen Thiel. Loved daughter of the late Rufus and Rubie (Brown) Turnbull. Special sister-in-law of Keith Thiel of RR 2, Grand Bend and his friend Mary Anne Norland of Sarnia. Cherished aunt of Jo-Anne and Brad Boswell of California, Carolyn Stark of Windsor, Randy and Karen Thiel of Grand Bend and their families. Fondly remembered by her many cousins and long time family friend of the Hoffman and Kyle families. Predeceased by her sister-in-law Marg (Whiting) Thiel and nephew Dave Stark. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, on Tuesday from 3 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Zurich, on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 11 a.m. Pastor Nadine Schroeder-Kranz Officiating. Interment St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery, Zurich. If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque only) to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Steeple Fund, or charity of choice would be appreciated. Donna was a graduate of the South Huron Hospital School of Nursing and was a long time employee of South Huron Hospital for over 25 years.
