At Stratford General Hospital, on February20, 2005, Joseph Charles “Charlie” Sreenan, of R.R. 2, Zurich, in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Alice (Wells) Sreenan. Missed by stepchildren Wayne and Daisy McCarty and Steve and Bev McCarty and their families. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Cecilia Hayden., Louise Carroll, Jean O’Brien, Patsy and Tony Rau, Florence and John Sibley, Elsie Barker, Violet Wells and Rev. Bill & Judy Wells. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Annie (Plante) Sreenan, brothers Russell, Gerald and Kenneth and sisters Theresa Ducharme, Viola Ducharme, Monica Boivin, Shirley Chartrand and Verna Ruby.
Visitation in the J. M. McBeath Funeral Home, 49 Goshen St. Zurich on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at 11 a.m. in St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, R.R. 2, Zurich. Father Thomas Cherusseril celebrant. Cremation. Spring interment in St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Cemetery. Parish prayers will be said at the funeral home on Tuesday evening at 8:30 p.m.
