
SMITH: Peacefully, at Exeter Villa Nursing Home, Tuesday, October 12, 2004, Clarence John Smith, 90, formerly of Grand Cove Estates, Grand Bend and Toronto. Beloved husband of the late Hazel May (Fielding) (Fisher) Smith (1997) and Robina Margaret (Dunn) Smith (1977). Survived by his daughter Lorraine Wagner and her husband Keith of Chemainus, British Columbia; grandchildren Rick, Randy, Michelle and their families and his brother Donal Smith of Windsor. Also remembered by Hazelโs family, Heather and Andrew Jacques, Glen and Ginette Fisher. Predeceased by his parents John Adam and Clarissa Mary (Etue) Smith, formerly of Hay Twp. (Zurich), brothers Leonard, Roy, Hubert, Welland, Wilfred, Orville, Harold Smith. A Memorial Service will be held at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at 1 p.m. The Rev. Father Francis Thekkumkattil C.S.T. officiating. Cremation interment Assumption Cemetery, Windsor. If desired, memorial donations to the Exeter Villa or charity of choice would be appreciated. Clarence worked for many years with the Toronto Board of Education and served his country during WWII.
