Peacefully at Craigwiel Gardens, Ailsa Craig on Friday, December 20, 2013 of Ilderton in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Wes Sippel (2010). Loving mother of Tracy and John Newman of Ilderton and John Sippel of London. Cherished grandmother of Cody, Danielle and Austin. Predeceased by her many brothers.
A private family service was held Sunday, December 22nd. Cremation with interment at a later date.
Donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.

My deepest sympathy to you all. I cherish the friend ship I had with Ruth, ,such a dear friend.
I am sure all the kids from Tweedsmuir would also offer their condolences as they loved her too.
It Is comforting that this journey for her is over and that she is now at peace .and with her beloved Wes.
