Suddenly as the result of an automobile accident on Saturday, June 1, 2002 Sharon Marie (Ruby) Durand of London in her 59th year. Beloved wife of the late AndrÚ Durand (1986). Dear mother of Michelle and Perry Sereda of Usborne Township, Jody and Cheryl Durand of Ilderton, Tammy and Michael Denomme of London, Jamie Durand and his fiancÚe Kathy Dellow of Zurich, AndrÚa Durand and her friend Andrew Carruthers of Toronto and Craig Durand of London. Dear grandmother of Zachary and Alexa; Elise, Ginelle, AndrÚ and Rachelle; and Emily and Melanie. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Keith and Carolyn Ruby of Lambertville, Michigan, Patricia and Michael Cortese of London, Jerome and Grace Durand and Marie Cyr all of Zurich, Paul and Evelyn Durand of London, Bernadette and Lionel Cyr of Dashwood and Fern Durand of Holland Centre. Predeceased by brothers-in-law Paul Cyr and Anthony Durand. Friends may call at the Hopper Hockey Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Monut Carmel Church, Mount Carmel on Tuesday June 4th at 11AM with Father Paul Baillargeon presiding. Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery, St. Josephs. I pray for her family to find peace about this. Aunt Sharon, now you will be able to see Andrew Michael Durand as he joined Heaven on Aug 5/2013. Aunt Sharon, I have thought of you many times. You were one of my favorite Aunts on the Durand side. You invited my children and myself to one of your Christmas meals. Thank you. I am sorry that I cried so hard before we left for home. I have missed the family get together.
