Passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the age of 51. He will be deeply missed by his aunts and uncles: Carol (Dennis) Duquette, Sandra Montgomery, Jim (Agnes) Scarrow, and Shirley Scarrow. He was the cherished grandson of Shirley Staffen and is survived by his nephew, Brandon (Sarah) Garniss. Jason will also be fondly remembered by his many cousins. Predeceased by his parents, Judy and John Scarrow; his brother, Robin Scarrow; his uncles John Staffen, Doug Scarrow and David Staffen; and his cousin, Jeff Barry.
Jason was a civil engineer for 15 years and loved every moment of his career. The family wishes to remember him as he was in his happiest times, and for the bright spirit he once shared with those around him.
Donations to the Tanner Steffler Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
