Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospice, London on September 10, 2017 of Bayfield, formerly of London in her 77th year. Loving mother of Bonnie Rockwell of New Brunswick, and Cynthia Rockwell of China. Dear grandmother of Bobby, Jeremy, and Gregory Acheson. Dodie was also adored by her great-grandchildren. Dodie will be greatly missed by Donald, and Patricia Carey, several nieces and nephews, friends; Tom Graham, Maureen Taylor, and her best friend Barbara Durant. Predeceased by Donald Robinson, Rosemary Carey, and Ronnie Whetstone.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life in honor of Dodie Rockwell will be held on Saturday September 16th from 2-6pm. The event will be held in the Rec hall at Paul Bunyan Lake Front Resort, 75559 Lidderdale St, Bayfield Ontario, N0M 1G0. Haskett Funeral Home, Zurich (519-236-4365) entrusted with arrangements.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

My Aunt Dodie was such an amazing women who loved to laugh. She spent most of her life caring for others. She was a very strong, independent women who would not shy away from any challenge that came her way. She will be greatly missed by alot of people including myself. RIP aunt Dodie xoxo… as she always said……goodbye for now
