Dear father of Chris Bell and his friend Debbie of Exeter and Jennifer Bell and her friend Peter of Toronto. Dear grandfather of Tynesha. Dear brother of Pamela Bell of Toronto and Peggy Scorgie of Ottawa. Predeceased by a sister Ruth Bell (2007). Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter one hour prior to a memorial service, which will be held on Saturday, May 31st at 12:30 PM with Bob Heywood officiating. Cremation. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
