REID: Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, Saturday, February 25, 2006, after a courageous battle with cancer, W. Murray Reid of Dashwood, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Anne Louise (Cornforth) Reid since September, 1946 (59 years). Remembered by many relatives and family. Predeceased by his parents Henry and Mary (Simpson) Reid. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Monday evening, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and where the Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2006, at 11 a.m. Mrs. Irene Richardson officiating. Interment Calvary United Church Cemetery, Dashwood. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the R.C.A.F. Association Trust or charity of choice would be appreciated. Murray served in the R.C.A.F. from 1942 to 1973 and retained an interest in aviation since his discharge.
