Dearest Paula, Roland, Louisa and Charlotte –

So many fond memories of Anne. Loved sitting at the farm out back, all of us laughing together as Louisa would floor the electric Power Wheel car around the backyard, or having a lovely cup of tea curled up with a quilt and cosy place to catch up together. I loved bringing baby Mathias, only about 2 months old at the time, out for a visit and she laughed and squeezed my cheek when we told her I put him into Louisa and little Charlotte’s arms (she was only a year old then) to hold on the grass and cuddle. It was such a special treat when she would send you with her delicious butter tarts when you came to our house for a swim or we’d see each other at the holidays. She always had a kind word and big smile and made you feel so welcome. She will be deeply missed. We are heartbroken for you all.

Our heart-felt sympathy for the loss of Anne whom we met in Brussels and later were welcomed in the Pincombe home in Lucan. Anne and Bob were especially gracious in welcoming these two Americans into their home while swapping stories and sharing laughter. We were particularly blessed to be included around their Thanksgiving table. How fortunate are we two have known Anne and Bob. Our hearts are with the family and other dear ones.

    Paula, Joel and Families

Thinking of you and sending you prayers in this time of loss. I am deeply saddened- Anne was not only a colleague but a friend. She was a warm, generous authentically kind human who valued and committed to her role as a nurse and as a leader. I have so many memories of working alongside Anne and I learned many, many things from her. Perhaps the most defining lessons that she modelled were how to be humble, kind and nice while leading. She loved her family more than anything my thoughts are with you.

    Rest easy Anne.
