PHILLIPS: Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, Wednesday, December 13, 2006, Frank Phillips, age 79, of Exeter, formerly of Muskoka and Bracebridge. Dear brother of Alan Phillips of Yarmouth, Maine and dear uncle of Karen Meucci, Beverley Jane Pape and Christopher Phillips and their families. Remembered by his step-son Steve Simpson of Preston and Steve’s mother Gwen Phillips of London. At Frank’s request, cremation, with private family arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated. Frank was a member of WWII British Royal Army Medical Corps.
