PARKER: Peacefully, at his residence, on Friday, February 28, 2014, surrounded by the love of his family, John Parker of Grand Cove Estates, Grand Bend, formerly of London, age 84. Beloved husband of the late Winnifred “Winn” (Hart) Parker (2002) and dear partner of Linda Mahoney. Loved father and father-in-law of Lynn and Rev. Les Hohner of Brights Grove, Alan and Debbie Parker of Shedden. Loving granddad of Jenilyn Sheppard (Mike Charlebois) of Brights Grove, Jeffrey Parker (Kristine Cunningham) of Iona Station and great granddad of Trevor, Austin, Cody, Dawson and Tanner. John will be fondly remembered and missed by Linda’s family David & Devon Mahoney and daughter Eryn. Predeceased by his son Ian Parker (infancy) and granddaughter Jillian Sheppard (2001). Resting at T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood with visitation on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m., where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 3 p.m. Mr. Bob Heywood Officiating. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial donation to the Leukemia Foundation, the Kidney Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated.
