PAGE: Steven William

PAGE:  Unexpectedly, peacefully and surrounded by love at London Health Sciences Centre – Victoria Hospital, London, on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, Steven William Page, of London, age 59, after many hard fought battles with cancer and the long-term effects, his positivity never wavered.  Forever loved son of the late William Russell “Russ” (2012) and Verna Margaret (Brezina) Page of Grand Bend.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of Sandy and Paul Kaempf of London.  Cherished uncle of Kristen Kaempf and Connor Kaempf.  Loved nephew of Audrey and Stan Ashworth of London, Charlie and Debbie Page of Thedford, Cathy Page of Lake Orion, Michigan.  Remembered by his many cousins and friends.  Predeceased by his uncle Brad Page and aunt Doreen and Grant Roeszler.  Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood with Visitation on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  A Private Family Gathering will be held with Interment Pinery Cemetery, Grand Bend.  Steve proudly worked for many years at the Walmart on Dundas St. E., Argyle Mall, London.  He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in History and this fostered his love of all things historical.  Steve was an avid coin collector and took great pride in volunteering for many years with the campaigns for the Liberal Party at all levels.  In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial donations (payable directly) to the Canadian Cancer Society in Steve’s name or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

    From Steven’s Walmart Family

Our deepest condolence to Steven’s mom Verna, sister Sandy and family.
Steven was a 15 yr. amazing, passionate and dedicated associate. He was the epitome of work ethic. I cannot express how much he is missed at the store. No task was too much for him.
We have watched and felt Steven’s pain over the passed few years with his fight during his health challenges. Could we stop him, no chance. His passion and dedication to his work was unbelievable. He pushed till he could do no more.
Our store has not been the same, but we now have a Walmart Champion and Angel looking over us to make sure we are doing our jobs as we should.
Rest in peace Steven, you will always be in our hearts and missed dearly.
