Jaycebell passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the age of 36. Loving wife of Zuriel Bulay. Cherished daughter of Armando Nolasco Padre and Thelma Muyna Padre of the Philippines. Proud sister, sister-in-law, and aunt of Celma and Aresthedes Esparrago (Alyanna and Aaliyah), Arnold Coligado, Geraldine and Ayhen Padre (Justine, Jerlene, Ariana Joyce), Jonathan Padre, Bernadeth Padre (Charleze Brielle), and John Paul Padre.
Jaycebell loved cooking and baking “all the sweets,” and found so much joy in caring for her nieces and nephews. She also had a creative side, enjoying blogging and capturing life through videos.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 456 Main Street, EXETER on Tuesday, April 28th from 5 – 8 PM.
Jaycebell’s funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 29th at 4 PM. Jaycebell will be laid to rest at home in the Philippines.

I am deeply saddened to know of the passing of our classmate Jayce at such a young age. It was truly hard to accept that she appeared healthy and joyful one moment, and then, suddenly, she was gone. Jayce became a close friend during our college years, as a few of my classmates and I spent a lot of time together in higher subjects during our final year. We even became co-workers at our first job in Alabang. I will always be thankful and will always cherish the wonderful memories during our time together. Rest peacefully whereever you are Jayce.
