Betty Anne O’Brien of Zurich passed away at London Health Sciences Centre on Monday, June 11, 2007 in her 71st year. She was the daughter of the late Edwin and Lottie Gascho and the loving wife and best friend of the late Douglas O’Brien (2003). Dearly loved mother of Derek and Cindy both of London and devoted grandmother of Jo-Dee and Emily Spearing whom she dearly loved. Betty is survived by her brother Don Gascho (Monika) of Clinton and her only sister Janet Rogers of London, brothers-in-law Pat O’Brien of Exeter and Jack O’Brien (Marjorie) of Cape Breton, stepsisters-in-law Barb Willis (Jim) of Exeter, Gwen O’Rourke (Patrick) of Dashwood and stepbrother-in-law Wayne Clausius of Grand Bend. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and by many of her dear friends and neighbours who were so dedicated to her for her many required needs over the past few years. By request there will be no visitation or funeral. A private family graveside service will be conducted at a later date.
