    Dear Steve,
We decided to search for you and Jane today and are so terribly sorry to learn of Jane’s passing and your mother’s passing. You have our very deepest condolences.
We often think of our wonderful months with your family on Early Bird and our Sweetheart and would love to reconnect with you sometime. David’s email is: [email protected].
Please know again how sorry we are. Jane was absolutely terrific and I still love seeing the pictures of our children on your boat at Brian’s birthday party!
    With fondest regards,

I was sorry to hear of Aunt Norma passing, I will always remember her smile and laugh when she would come to visit Nan and Bump at 316 Oxford. She did brighten a room.

Dear Steven and family, we received the word of Norma’s passing from mutual longtime friend,JeanLittle) Sommers. It was she who earlier told us of the move from Grosvenor Gate – which explained why Mary was unable to reach Norma on her birthday or on subsequent attempts. Your Mom and Mary go back to their kindergarten days at Wortley Rd. P.S. So,they remained lifelong dear friends. We remember fondly all the Heralds, and your late father Ron who used to see us years ago on his trips to the Print Shop in Goderich. They were good times! Our deepest sympathy to you all.

    Dear Steven,
Sorry to read about your Mother. I phoned Marilyn to let her know and she said she was talking to your Mother last month so it wasn’t very long that she was sick. She was the last of the Earl’s of that generation as Mum died in 2009 at 90 years old.
    Sincerely,
    Sandra

    Dear Ron and family
I am sorry to hear of Norma’s passing.
Norma and I go back many years to our childhood days when we lived next door to each other on Wescott street in London.
I remember also her mother who was such a gentle, kind, loving person who used to keep an eye on my brother and I, as I understand we were always getting into some kind of mischief,
Norma was so much like her mother, unflappable, kind, always smiling and we have had so many laughs over the years when we would meet not frequently but from time to time, and it always seemed like it was just yesterday.
    My thoughts are with you.
    Ellen Copp McKim
