At Craigwiel Gardens, Ailsa Craig on Friday, May 16, 2003 Nellie Ann (Horst) Leyes formerly of Exeter and London in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Jerome Leyes (January 1985). Dear mother and mother-in-law of Thomas and Jere Leyes of Oakville, Ron and Cheryl Leyes of Lucan, David and Bev Leyes of Woodham and Jane Mould of Calgary. Also survived by 10 grandchildren. Dear sister of Rita Henrich and Neil and Gladys Hurst all of Kitchener. Predeceased by sisters Ruby Rupert, Verna Metcalfe and Shirley Calvert. Friends may call at the C. Haskett and Son Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, Lucan on Monday, May 19th at 11AM with Father Joseph Hardy presiding. Interment St. Peter’s Cemetery, London on Tuesday.
