Unexpectedly, but peacefully at Jessica’s House, Exeter on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 of Hamilton, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of her childhood sweet heart, the late Lloyd Murray (2014) for over 63 years. Proud mother of Brenda and Richard Kocher, the late Albert Murray (2011), the late Clay Murray (2001), and Cynthia Collins. Cherished grandma of the late Joseph (1994), Charlie, Alisha; Bryon, Hollie; Marshal; and Michael. Adored great-grandma of Joseph, Kaeli, Natalie, Leander, Julia, Gregor, and Isla. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Emma Myers, Murdoch and Jeanette Murray, Hilton and Sylvia Murray, and Shirley Cameron. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and special friends. Predeceased by her parents Benjamin and Carrie Miller, her 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
Leotta touched each life that she encountered through her 80 years. She was loved by all so much, anyone who came over for a visit called her “mom”. She will be remembered for her hard work and dedication towards her family and friends.
Keeping with Leotta’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Haskett Funeral Home, Exeter (519-235-1220).
