Was a time we all got together as a family……spent many summers in Granton and on the farm….was a great time in my life…..had as my partners the 4 boys who still remember Uncle Ron…walking down the lane with his 22 rifle bent on finding those pesky groundhogs……remember “Jigs” their dog …..remember baby sitting the boys and raising a little hell……but all was almost 50 years ago and time flies……..and as the saying goes you have memories but even memories fade…….a generation is gone and now the torch is in his children’s hands……minus one “Howard”….who through it all loved life and he still is in our hearts…..To Jimmy, great family and newborn to your daughter and yet you still are lamenting upon the lose of your son…to Gordon, its ironic that Tim was staying at your Moms….kept her going…and lastly to Terry, now the matriarch, you are certainly a picture of strength and have taken the “bull by the horns” and managed to keep everyone in check….I am proud to call you my nephew….to you Ronnie, you did a great job and may another star be in the sky tonight…..RIP……Uncle Ron
