MERNER: At Blue Water Rest Home, Zurich, on Wednesday, August 16th , 2000, Donna Ione Merner of Zurich, in her 72nd year. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Marjorie and Hubert Schilbe, Robert and Elizabeth Merner, Larry and Louise Merner all of Zurich and Joanne Merner of London. Predeceased by her brothers William “Bill” Merner and Arnold “Jr.” Merner, sister-in-law Elaine Merner and her parents Arnold and Isabelle (Kyle) Merner. Will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and their families. At the request of the deceased, there will be no public funeral home visitation. Funeral Service for family and friends will be held at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Zurich on Saturday, August 19, 2000 at 2 pm, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Pastor Ross Thomson officiating. Interment St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery, Zurich. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Blue Water Rest Home, Diabetes Association or charity of choice would be appreciated. T.
