    Cassandra, Jennette, Anita, Betty Ann, Margaret & Mark & all Jimโ€™s family & friends;

    Our sincere condolences in the unexpected passing of Jim. He was just a great guy all around. Iโ€™ve known Jim since the early 80โ€™s. I worked on his car as an apprentice auto mechanic at Canadian Tire, under Art.
    Jim was always soft spoken, kind and accommodating. He and I had many good talks over the years, usually about cars. We got to know one another better over the last four years, since he has been very valued and appreciated tenant of ours. Jim was always content and always a pleasure to be around and have around. He was not just a tenant, he was a friend. We will all miss him dearly. Rest in peace Jim.
