At Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Thursday, July 4, 2002 Lauretta (Laura) (Whelihan) Toohey of Craigwiel Gardens, Ailsa Craig and formerly of Lucan in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Patrick Toohey (1969). Dear mother of Cecelia Connolly of London, Patricia and Joe Grace of Ilderton, Paul and Beverley Toohey of RR 3 Lucan and John Toohey of Elgin. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson. Predeceased by brothers John, Father Jim, and Joe Whelihan. Friends may call at the C. Haskett and Son Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church, Lucan on Monday, July 8, 2002 at 10:30 AM with Father Thom Blondin presiding. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Prayers will be said in the funeral home on Sunday evening at 7 PM.
