At Victoria Hospital, London on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 Genevieve (Green) Nicholson of Lucan in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon (Hap) Nicholson (1987). Dear mother of Niles and Carol Nicholson of Lucan. Dear grandmother of Ryan. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Cecil and Lillian Green of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Nilah Bertrand of London, Ken and Jimada Green of Delaware, Willard and Marion Green of Kettle Point, and Orlo and Gwen Green of Leesburg, Florida. Special Aunt Gen to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Gordon and Virgil Green. Genevieve has operated Nicholson Flowers for over 25 years. Friends may call at the C. Haskett and Son Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held at the Community Bible Church, Highway 7 at Adelaide Street on Saturday, July 16th at 11AM with Pastor Doug Loveday officiating. Interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
