Suddenly at Stratford General Hospital, surrounded by his family and friends on Friday, November 24, 2017 of Tavistock and formerly of London and Lucan in his 57th year. Loving and devoted brother of Debra Kennedy of Lucan, Dave Kennedy of Centralia (Janet Reinhart), Denise Thompson of Lucan, and Darryl Kennedy of London. Dear uncle of Corey, Sherri (John), Tracy (Roman), Chad (Jeanna); Glen (Adrianna); Murray (Karlee), James, and Daniel and great-uncle of Lucas and Logan; Paiton, Parker, and Gunnar; Regan and Mason; and Elliebear. Predeceased by his parents Glen and Gertrude (Young) Kennedy, sister-in-law Cheryl Kennedy and brother-in-law Mike Thompson. Darren will be greatly missed by all of his friends at the Maitland Pines Campground in Goderich and his coworkers.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Thursday evening from 6-9 PM where the memorial service will be held on Friday, December 1st, 2017 at 11 AM with Rev. Darrell Shaule officiating. Cremation with Interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
