All my thoughts and prayers are with you. Some of my earliest memories are of visiting your home when I was at Grandma K’s. I remember how Aunt Joan always warmly welcomed all the cousins, but always had exactly the right amount of not-putting-up-with-any-nonsense (which was absolutely needed as we all ran wild over the farm). She’ll be missed by so many.

    All my love,
    Adrienne

My deepest sympathy goes out to Mike and all your family. Growing up I remember visiting with my parents and Joan always made you feel welcomed. She will be missed by many and remembered fondly by everyone.

    Mike and Family,
I am so so sorry to hear of your loss of Joan. My Mom and Dad, Les and Maxine Parnall, left us with lots of fond memories spending time with Joan and yourself. If it wasn’t at the arena, it may have been at the Lucan Hotel after a hockey game. it may have been around a table playing cards or around tax time when my Mom would spend hours getting things sorted out for you. I know my brother Bruce and his wife Donna also shared some memorable times with you both.
May you all hold on to your lovely memories at this sad time and be thankful for such a sweet lady being part of your lives. May God welcome her with open arms and know in your hearts, she is now your Angel, watching over all of you always.

    Mike , Pat , Lee-Anne , Bill and families
We are so sorry to hear that you have lost a loving wife , Mom and Grandma.
I used to enjoy going over and sitting on the porch with Joan. We could always find something to talk about , sometimes for hours.
I hope that you can find comfort and peace knowing that you were all with her. That would have been how she would have wanted it.
We are thinking of all of you at this time. ❤❤
    Dennis and Cindy White
