Reverend Michael R. Foreman
I am sorry that I just discovered the passing Julia Higgins.
My deepest condolonces go out to the family.
As I grewup with Debbie and Michael, I am sorry I did not know before now. I always loved your mom. She always had a smile, a pleasant voice; and sometimes a good joke to tell me whenever we happened to be in the same place at the same time.
She was a wonderful lady indeed!
My the Lord bless you and comfort you.
In Christ
Rev. Michael
