At Kensington Village, London on Monday, April 4, 2005 Joan E. (Smith) Murray of London in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late John (Jack) Murray (1994). Dear mother of Delores Apps of Mississauga and Douglas and Laura Murray of New York State. Dear grandmother of Jamie and Kate, Jordan and Carlin; and Tyler, and Megan. Dear great-grandmother of Nathan, Alexis and Haden. Predeceased by a brother George Smith. In keeping with Joan’s love of nature, a tree will be planted in her memory at Fingal Wildlife Management Area, Fingal. Cremation has taken place. There will be a family graveside service at St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye at a later date with Rev. Doug Storey officiating. C. Haskett and Son Funeral Home (227-4211) entrusted with arrangements. Donations to the Salvation Army or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
