JENNISON: Unexpectedly, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, Wednesday, December 2, 2009, Robert Herman Jennison of Grand Bend, age 81. Beloved husband of Eveleen Victoria (Hill) Jennison. Dearly loved and respected father and father-in-law of Margaret and Larry Desjardine of RR 1, Grand Bend, Karen and Dick Collens of Calgary, Jean and Paul Mason of RR 1, Dashwood, Bill and Judi Jennison, Richard and Wendy Jennison all of RR 1, Grand Bend, Dwight and Sharon Jennison, Gary and Beth Jennison, Steven and Collette Jennison all of Grand Bend. Loved by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his grandson Bil Jennison (1993). Dear brother and brother-in-law of Norma and Lloyd Walper, Ruby and Bruce Stanlake, Emerson and Helen Desjardine all of Grand Bend, Doris Pfaff of Exeter, Velma and Kenny Preszcator of Seaforth, Labelle and John Hoffmeyer of Northville. Remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by sisters Pearl (Chester) Desjardine, Ethel Desjardine, brother Lee (Dorothy) Jennison, brothers-in-law Allan Pfaff, Mervyn Webb, Ira Desjardine, parents William and Myrel (Ireland) Jennison and in-laws Lawrence and Leita (King) Hill. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Friday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.; where the Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Harry Disher officiating. Interment Pinery Cemetery, Grand Bend. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the M. S. Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Grand Bend United Church New Building Fund or charity of choice would be appreciated. Bob was the founder of R. H. Jennison Ltd. and Jennison Construction Ltd. of Grand Bend. He was well known and respected in the sand and gravel business for many years. In retirement he enjoyed their motor home and time fishing with his wife Eveleen, family and friends.
