At Exeter Villa on Wednesday, January 21, 2004 Jean E. (Appleton) Noels of Exeter in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Percy Noels (1998). Dear mother of Dalton and Phyllis Noels of Crediton, Marlene Hagl of San Antonio, Texas, Dwight Noels and Cathie of Woodstock, and Ruth and David Robinson of St. Marys. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her son-in-law Peter, daughter-in-law Debra and a brother in infancy. Jean was a member of the Exeter Legion Auxiliary and Pride of Huron Rebekah Lodge. Friends may call at the Hopper Hockey Funeral Home, 370 William St., 1 west of Main, Exeter on Thursday evening 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Friday, Janaury 23rd at 1:30 PM with Nancy Corrigan officiating. Interment Exeter Cemetery. Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. There will be a Rebekah Service in the funeral home Thursday evening at 6:45 PM.
