    December 6, 2012 at 12:22 PM

    Dear Joan & Family,
We were so sorry to hear that Jim had passed away.
We much appreciated all the help he gave us over so many years, dealing with the snow. Indeed often if there was a problem (such as Sheila driving her car into a snow bank, or ditch) we always knew that help was at hand, It was ‘Call Jim Scott ! ‘ and he always saved the situation. He also enjoyed a laugh over the predicament, as well as rescuing Sheila and her car.
    He will be missed.
    Our sincere condolences.
    Sheila and James Phipps
