IRELAND: Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Hospital, Saturday, January 14, 2006, Raymond Emmet “Ray” Ireland, of London, age 78. Beloved husband of Jean Ileen (Rush) Ireland. Loved father of Trudy and Clare Chittick of RR 3, Ilderton, Don and Ruth Ireland of Brampton, Paul and Nancy Ireland of Newmarket. Lovingly remembered by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear brother-in-law of Katherine of London, Louise of California, Joan and Tom Russell of Burlington, Gordon and Jean Rush of London. Also remembered by nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by brothers Bruce, Carman and Glen Ireland, parents Sim and Lottie (Eagleson) Ireland. Visitation will take place at Community Bible Church, Hwy. 7, (Elginfield Rd. and Adelaide St.), RR 3, Lucan, Monday evening 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. The funeral and committal service will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. Pastor Douglas Loveday officiating.
