    To the family of the late Ina, you were always there for my two children, Dean and Robyn and were always the best school bus driver that I have ever known. I cannot remember a time when you did not pick up the children even when the weather was bad, You braved it all.. Your smile and your jokes brought my son Dean out to show his best. You always made my daughter Robyn behave while on the bus. May the angels watch over you now and may you be at peace until your family meets you again in heaven.. Always to be remembered. Jan, Dean and Robyn

    When someone loses a loved one, it is hard to know how to begin expressing words of sympathy. Stories and experiences that friends and family shared with Ina are very important to hear.
    As Principal of Seaforth Public School, I enjoyed working with Ina through the school and transportation. Ina was always thoughtful in her actions, was very supportive and worked as a team with the school. I greatly enjoyed her sense of humour and will miss her early morning snow day phone calls. My thoughts and condolences go out to her family at this very sad time.

    Dear Ina, What do I say…. You are/were a wonderful person. Still cannot believe you have gone to heaven and are our angel now. I will never forget you and dad always telling each other who was going to out live one another. It just does not seem fair, yous should have so many years left. I will always remember you saying ” Red get it yourself” or “Red do it yourself” And dad saying “God damn it Ina”. HAHA Good old times from Paul Bunyan. And mom… yous being the sister she did not have.
    Reg, Mike, Joy and family… So sorry for the passing of Ina. She will be missed by many. We love/loved her.

    She left us quietly,
    Her thoughts unknown,
    But left us a memory,
    We are proud to own;
    So treasure her Lord,
    In Your garden of rest,
    For when on earth,
    She was one of the best.
    Loved and missed but will never be forgotten.XOXOXO

    December 31, 2008 at 11:00 AM

    I just want you to know how much we are going to miss her. She was the best grandma around! She will always stay close in our hearts and thoughts and will never be forgotten….I will miss her saying “Tan I am going to kick your *ss if you call me granny one more time!” and the way her face lit up when Hailey would walk in the door and yell for her to get the big funny piggy out for her to play with! I will miss sitting around having dinner with her and Reg for no special reason (she made great Cesar salad and some kind of carrots with cheese and breadcrumbs that were yummy!). I will miss the big purse that always had a camera in it that you knew was coming out and your picture would be taken no matter how hard you tried to avoid it. I will miss hearing her voice on the other end of the phone, and the fun cards that came in the mail for EVERY occasion (although when Hailey came around mine stopped and she was the only one in the house to get the fun Halloween cards!!!) I will miss hearing her tell Reg to turn up his hearing aid and the TV down!! I will miss it all but will never forget. We Love you Ina!
    Tan
    PS…can you still do my taxes from Heaven? LOL
