Peacefully with family by his side at Alexandra Marine and General Hospital, Goderich on September 28, 2022 of Goderich at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Diane (Bulford) for 38 years. Cherished father of Frank Jr., Robert, and Rick. Dear brother-in-law of Bonney Larson (Dr. Vic Larson). Missed by his nephew John Larson and niece Pamela Tschumi. Predeceased by parents Maria and Joseph Hyl, one brother and brother-in-law Michael Bulford.
Frank was a long-haul truck driver and travelled all over Canada and the United States sometimes accompanied by his wife Diane. They would often make trips down to California to visit family. Frank will always be remembered with a hearty laugh and a smile on his face. He will be missed by all who knew him.
In keeping with Frank’s wish cremation has taken place. Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.

We were so blessed to have known a beautiful soul. Words cannot even begin to express our sorrow over the loss of Grandpa. But know our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are being sent to you, Diane, and the rest of our family. Our memories will always be cherished, sitting in his company at our wedding, enjoying his infectious smile and laughter at family gatherings, and listening to his many stories over a long haul trip I went on with him as a child.
