Suddenly, as the result of a motor vehicle accident in Stanley Township, on Monday, May 4, 2009 Hugh Garton of Bayfield in his 58th year. Dearly loved husband of Sherrie (Davis) Garton of Bayfield. Proud and loving dad of R.J. of Bayfield and Ryan of Brantford. Beloved son of Lloyd and Elsie Garton of London. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Barry and Nancy Garton of North Adams, Massachussets, Carole and Tim Alce of Grand Bend, Steve Davis and his friend Sandy of London, Norma and Doug Galloway of Flesherton, Debbie Davis and her friend John of London. Also survived by 16 nieces and nephews. Hugh was a loyal friend to many. Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 7th at 1:30 PM with Rev. Allan Livingstone officiating. Interment Bayfield Cemetery. Donations to the Huron SPCA or the Canadian Mental Health Association (Huron-Perth Branch) would be appreciated by the family.
