HETHERINGTON: Suddenly, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, Monday, March 9, 2009, Richard James “Dick” Hetherington, of RR 1, Dashwood (Turnbull’s Grove), formerly of Waterloo, age 70. Beloved companion of Dorothy (Hackbart) Morrow. Loved father of Sally, wife of Rob Eskens of Calgary and Dana, partner of Duane Ward of Ayr. Loving grandpa of Larissa, Arden, Tatum and Liam. Also remembered by Dorothy’s family, Dwayne and his wife Jennifer, David and his wife Terri Adlam, all of Waterloo and their children Shayne, Rebecca, Charlotte, Sarah, Keira and Roane. Dear brother of Jean, wife of Trevor Richardson of Tillsonburg. Beloved uncle to Todd and Ellen. Dearest nephew of Norma Eldred of Mississauga. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Thursday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., where the Funeral and Royal Canadian Legion, Grand Bend Branch No. 498 Services will be held Friday, March 13, 2009 at 11 a.m. Tracey Whitson-Bahro officiating. Cremation. If desired, memorial donations to the Zurich and Area Health Association or charity of choice would be appreciated.
