HEITZMANN: Peacefully, at Stratford General Hospital, Stratford on Thursday, December 17, 2020, Marlene (Huber) Heitzmann of Vista Beach, Zurich, age 82. Beloved wife of Werner Karl Heitzmann. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Rick Heitzmann and Diane Elliott-Beattie of London. Cherished grandma (Omi) of Jordan Heitzmann and Jason Heitzmann. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Lissy Faust of Florida, Dorothy and Heinz Nerger and Helmut Heitzmann all of London. Remembered by her nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Richard and Clara Huber and brother Richard Huber. At Marlene’s request, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held. Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood. If desired, memorial donations (payable directly) to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

She was such a special lady. Never selfish and always gave. She and her husband made coming to the cottage extra special. Then the day we dreaded and the Sitko cottage was sold. It was our last trip to take back items with us and she invited us to sup with them, her cooking was so good and we all gained more than a little weight. I believe this to be the memories myself and all who were there would like remember. God be with you Marlene and our deepest condolences to the all of the family.
