HEDLEY: Peacefully, at Blue Water Rest Home, Zurich, on Sunday, August 24, 2003, Robert Todd “Bob” Hedley, formerly of Turnbull’s Grove North, R. R. #1, Dashwood and Georgetown, in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Marguerite Gertrude “Marg” (Hornsey) Hedley. Loved father of Brenda Winhold and companion Bill Pole of Zurich and loving papa of Taralyn and Lynsey Winhold. Remembered by his nephews Bob and Ev Hedley of Norval, Ron Hedley of Burlington, niece Linda and Jack Holbrough of Brampton and their families. Predeceased by his sisters Nellie and Josephine Hedley and brother Matt Hedley. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood (519-237-3532) with visitation Tuesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.; where the Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2003 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Bill Ward officiating. Cremation with interment Pinery Cemetery, Grand Bend. If desired, memorial donations to the Salvation Army, Blue Water Rest Home or charity of choice would be appreciated. Royal Canadian Legion, Grand Bend Branch No. 498 will hold a Service at the Funeral Home, Tuesday at 7 p.m. Bob served with the R.C.R. in Italy, Sicily and with the Medical Corps in Holland.
