Passed away peacefuIIy at home with his famiIy by his side on Thursday, March 22, 2012 in his 86th year.
Survived by his Ioving wife Naomi (nee Martin) of 62 years. Ioving father of Yvonne Hoggart (Harvey) of CIinton, Murray Pryce (Audrey Errington) of Goderich, Brenda Iinton (Dave) of WaIton, Brian Pryce (Sharon) of Winthrop, ellzabeth Jenkin (Gord) of Iucan, Wayne Pryce (JuIie) of Iucan, BIaine Pryce (Kathy McKellar) of Mt. CarmeI and Iorrie Cataford (Keith) of Sarnia. Proud Grandfather of 26 GrandchiIdren and 39 Great GrandchiIdren. AIso survived by his sister-in-Iaw Edna Jenkins (FIoyd) of Cambridge and brother-in-Iaw Fred Martin (HiIda) of Bowmanville. HaroId wiII be fondIy remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by sisters EIva BoIger and OIive PappIe; brother OIiver Pryce and daughter-in-Iaw Joanne Pryce.
