GRATTON: Peacefully, into the arms of her Lord and Saviour, surrounded by the love of her family, at St. Joseph’s Hospice, Sarnia, on Sunday, March 22, 2020, Anita Christine (Smith) Gratton, of Grand Bend, age 78. Beloved wife of Dr. Donald “Don” Robert Gratton. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Dr. Rob and Ramona Gratton of London, Dr. David and Dana Gratton of Coralville, IA. Cherished grandma of Victoria and Tim Harvey of Denver, CO, Alexandra Gratton of London, Avrill Gratton and Drew Gratton both of Coralville, IA. Dear sister and sister-in-law of John and Kristin Smith of Albany, NY, Glen (Tim) and Lesley Gratton of Victoria, BC and Sharon Gratton of Calgary, AB. Predeceased by her parents John and Jean (Coney) Smith. At this time, a private Interment will take place on Friday, March 27, 2020 at Grand Bend Cemetery. A Memorial Service for Anita will be held at a later date, time and place to be announced. Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood. If desired, memorial donations to ALS Society Canada, St. Joseph’s Hospice (Sarnia), Gospel Trust Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
