Peacefully at the Exeter Villa on Sunday, February 23, 2020 of Exeter and formerly of Lucan at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Margaret (Bray) Gilmour for 60 years. Dear father and father-in-law of the late Kevin (2018) and Jo-Ann Gilmour of London, Paul and Marilyn Gilmour of Lucan, David and the late Marj (2017) Gilmour of London. Dear grandfather of Breanne, Lauren and Nolan; Alanna and Bailey; and Johnathon. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Verlyn and Arnold Lindenfield of Exeter, Ab and Alice Gilmour of Ailsa Craig, Liz and Alan Scott of Lucan, and Patricia Romphf of Exeter. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Molly Gilmour, brother and sister-in-law Jack and Ann Gilmour, sister-in-law Joan Gilmour, and brother-in-law Neil Romphf.
A private family funeral service will be held at a later date with Rev. Jim Innes officiating. Haskett Funeral Home, EXETER entrusted with arrangements.
Interment St. James Cemetery, Lucan. Donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
