At LHSC University Hospital on Sunday, February 8, 2009 George Francis Noyes of Lucan in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Shirley (McRann) Noyes. Dear father of Brian and Marianne Noyes of Lucan, Sheryl and Todd Gray of Port Sydney and Lori and Andrew Stevenson of Midhurst. Dear Grandpa of Jenni, Michael and Gregory; Kayla and Carley; and Jack and Will. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Jean Noyes of London, Jean and Bev Hodgins of Parkhill, Jerry and Elaine Noyes of Lucan, Beth McRann of London and Betty McIntyre of Lucan. Predeceased by a son George Michael (1971), his parents George and Margaret Noyes, brothers Robert and Donald, sister-in-law Dorothy Latimer, brothers-in-law Gerald and Neil McRann and Grant Latimer. George was a proud member of the Carpenters and Jointers Union Local 1946, London, Ontario. Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 11th at 11 AM with Rev. Sue McCullough officiating. Interment St. James Cemetery, Clandeboye. Donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

I noticed the name McRann and from the Lucan area. I am the daughter of William Harvey McRann born in Alisa Craig. My grandmother was a Lintott also from the Lucan area. My family moved west and we had contact with a few cousins but would like to know more about our background.
